Refund & Return Policy

AtΒ Khaas Foods, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. As we deal in fresh and perishable dairy products, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hygienic.
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered. However, we do offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged, spoiled, or leaked product

You received the wrong item

The product is expired or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery
2. Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

The issue must be reported within 6 hours of delivery

Clear photos or videos of the product

A brief description of the issue

Complaints reported after the stated time may not be eligible.
3. Refund Method

Store credit, or

Bank transfer (for prepaid orders), or

Adjustment in the next delivery (for subscription customers)

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

The product was mishandled after delivery

The issue was reported late

The order was placed incorrectly by the customer

The customer changed their mind after delivery
5. Subscription Orders
For milk and other daily delivery subscriptions:

You may pause or cancel your subscription by informing us at least 24 hours in advance

No refunds will be issued for deliveries already dispatched or completed
6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch

Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed
